TJ is a calm influence in the middle of what can be a super stressful experience. He has great knowledge of his niche markets as well as a strong understanding of South Florida real estate sales in general. We were looking to sell our house late September and TJ assisted in pulling comps to help me determine the best value should we decide to sell. He had a strong marketing plan, and we were about to list Turns out timming was a little bad for us, but we can’t wait till we are ready so we have an opportunity to see what TJ can really do with our beautiful suburban Coral Spring’s Home.
